The initial meeting of the Local Planning Committee set up by the city of Canandaigua after it was selected as a $10 million winner of New York State’s Downtown Revitalization Initiative program will take place next month.

The public is invited to attend the May 6th meeting at the Hurley Building Conference Room and provide feedback following the Committee’s work session. The Local Planning Committee is the steering body for the DRI process and will provide direction for the project team while evaluating and recommending funding for transformational projects in the city’s downtown.
