CDBG Funding Coming to 4 FLX Communities

Several villages in the Finger Lakes are recipients of funding awarded by the state in Community Development Block Grants.

Waterloo will use its $49,000 to complete a comprehensive housing conditions assessment of the village’s entire housing stock.

Sodus Point has been earmarked $50,000 to finish a preliminary engineering report and infrastructure asset management plan for drinking water.

Clyde has been awarded $1 million to replace the Glasgow Street Water Main and Rushville’s $1.25 million will be put towards upgrading its water treatment plant to address prevalent harmful algal blooms.
