Canandaigua Again Seeking DRI Funding

The City of Canandaigua is seeking $10 million dollars for projects to connect the downtown business area to the lakefront.

City officials are preparing an application for the 8th round of the New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative.

Canandaigua Mayor Bob Palumbo says they need public input on the “wants and needs of the community.” Organizations and businesses are encouraged to submit DRI project ideas to the city by September 25th.
