The holiday spirit was in full swing at Clifton Springs Nursing Home as Santa Claus made a special visit, joined by two classes of children from Our Children’s Place, the childcare center next to Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic.

The intergenerational celebration brought residents and children together for visits, dancing, and Christmas carols. Santa spent one-on-one time with each child and resident, creating personal holiday moments.

“Seeing the residents’ faces light up as the children arrive is always special,” said Jonathan Reed, Activities Director at Clifton Springs Nursing Home. “These kinds of visits bring warmth and connection to our residents, and they’re just as meaningful for the children. It’s a wonderful reminder that the holidays are about togetherness, no matter your age.”
