If voters approve the Moravia Central School District’s plan to purchase eight acres of land between its elementary and junior/senior high schools, what will the district use it for?

According to the district, potential uses include improving traffic patterns and providing additional parking space, a community trail to connect the schools, and supporting the potential growth of Future Farmers of America programming or athletic facilities.

The district will hold a forum on the purchase of the property at 52 S Main Street on Thursday, January 8 at 6:00p at the junior/senior high school. The vote on whether or not to approve the $175,000 purchase will take place from 12:00-9:00p at the school’s north side foyer on January 14.
