Thursday marks the return of the three day Weedsport Fire Department’s Fireman’s Field Days.

Chief David James says, besides being a fundraiser for the department, it’s a tradition that many look forward to. He told Finger Lakes News Radio “[we’re] providing the community with a little bit of fun and entertainment which we have for probably at least the last 75 years.”

The Field Days begin at 6:00p at the Fireman’s Field on State Route 31 and Towpath Road.

More info can be found on the department’s Facebook page.
