With tax season underway, United Way of Cayuga County is relaunching its CA$H program to help income-eligible individuals with their taxes.

Speaking with Finger Lakes News Radio, Julisa Stone-Szpaicher explained that those earning under $60,000 per year are eligible to participate in the program where United Way’s certified professionals assist them with filing their taxes. “The CA$H program is something that we host in partnership with Cayuga Community College. Our IRS-certified volunteers prepare taxes in the old preschool area of the college,” Stone-Szpaicher said.

To make an appointment for the CA$H program, call 315-294-8797. United Way is also seeking volunteers for the program; to volunteer, call 315-253-9741.
