United Way of Cayuga County will hold its annual holiday open house this Thursday. Julisa Stone with the nonprofit says it’s about community connection.

“It’s an opportunity to mingle and chat with the staff here at the United Way as well as our Board of Directors and fellow supporters of United Way. Our office is decorated for the holidays. It’s just a great opportunity to meet fellow supporters.”

There will also be refreshments, door prizes, and a holiday raffle.

The event runs from 2:00-5:00p at the United Way Offices at 2 South Street in Auburn.

Stone added that before the open house begins, United Way will take to Facebook Live to make what she called a “very special announcement.” They’ll go live at 1:30p.
