An upcoming ribbon cutting will celebrate the newly revamped Frontenac Park Playground in the Village of Union Springs.

Highlighting the village’s commitment to providing a playground that’s suitable for children of all ages, work has recently been completed on a dedicated toddler section of the playground overlooking Cayuga Lake. Funding for the project came from a combination of grant funding and community donations.

A ribbon cutting will be held on Saturday, November 16, at 10:30a the playground.

This project is expected to complement the other transformational projects coming to the village as part of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative award won by Aurora, Cayuga, and Union Springs in February.
