This weekend will see one Cayuga County village host its first Fall Festival.

On Saturday, local businesses, artisans, food vendors, and musicians will take over the Village of Union Springs’ downtown. There will also be a chili cook-off and the winner of the scarecrow competition will be announced.

If the event goes well, officials hope to turn the festival into an annual event.

Union Springs Fall Fest runs from 12:00-4:00p.
