Two people were injured after an explosion in northern Cayuga County.
Multiple fire crews responded to Stickles Lane in the Town of Conquest late Monday night for the reported home explosion.
One person had to be airlifted via Mercy Flight while the second person was taken via ambulance with minor injuries.
The Conquest Fire Department was assisted at the scene by crews from Auburn, Cato, Montezuma, and Port Byron as well as Auburn, Fair Haven, and Lakeshore Ambulances.
Additional details have not yet been made available and the cause of the fire has yet to be released.
