Services will be held next week for one former Cayuga County legislator who recently passed away.

Steven Cuddeback died last week at the age of 65 from cancer. He served as a police officer in the Village of Moravia for over 30 years. In 2002, he became a legislator, representing Moravia, Niles, Sempronius, and Summerhiill in 2013. In 2012, he served as chair of the legislature.

Services for Cuddeback will take place from 2:00-3:00p on November 30 at the West Niles Firehouse.

In lieu of flowers, mourners are asked to make a donation to Future Farmers of America.
