Registration Now Open for Chamber’s Leadership Cayuga

Community News Release

Registration is now open for the next edition of Leadership Cayuga.

Amy Fuller with the Chamber of Commerce says it helps educate participants on community involvement and the relationships between community, government, and businesses.

“They go over government, board governance,” Fuller said on FLX Morning. “They go to different locations in Cayuga County, so it’s a great way to find out all the things that are happening in our county.”

Fuller adds this program is great for not only business owners, but also youth and those who are new to the area.

“It’s great for the younger people, but anybody that may move to the area that’s not familiar with Cayuga County, or it’s been a while and they haven’t gotten out there,” Fuller said. “It’s open to all age groups.”

Registrations are due in August and classes begin in September.

More information, including how to apply, can be found on the chamber’s website.
