King Ferry Wheat Harvest Festival Begins Friday

King Ferry’s Wheat Harvest Festival begins Friday.

Sponsored by the Genoa Historical Association and NYS Draft Horse Club, the two-day event features a parade, music, food and craft vendors, and antique tractors. There will also be threshing barn tours and kids’ games and activities.

The festivities begin Friday at 6:00p with music and dancing by Donna and the Mystics at the historical association (920 Rt 34B). Food will be provided by the Genoa Fire Department.

Saturday’s events kick off with a Pancake Breakfast at the Presbyterian church from 7:00-11:00a. The festival grounds open at 9:00a with the parade beginning at noon. The King Ferry Fire Department will hold a chicken barbeque during the day.
