Founder’s Day will return to Auburn this summer.

Announced for August 1st, this year’s celebrations will take place throughout the city. Vendors, entertainers, and classic cars will return to downtown on Genesee Street while historical and cultural sites will hold special programming, including a Summer Arts Festival at the Willard Memorial Chapel.

Auburn officials say that more participants and details will be announced leading up to the August event. Current plans can be viewed on the city’s website.
