As summer ends, the Cayuga County Health Department and Department of Motor Vehicles are switching from their summer hours back to their regular hours.

Beginning Tuesday, the Department of Motor Vehicles will be open from 9:00-4:30 Monday through Friday. While the Cayuga County Office Building remains closed, the DMV has relocated to the public safety building in Sennett. Appointments are no longer required to access the DMV and the temporary is able to offer upgrades to licenses and IDs.

The health department will also switch its hours. The department will be open from 8:30a-4:30p, Monday through Friday. It has remained at its offices at 8 Dill St in Auburn.
