A 15-year cable franchise agreement between Verizon New York and the city of Auburn was set to expire this year. After a public hearing at last Thursday’s City Council meeting, City Clerk Chuck Mason tells us the agreement was renewed.
Verizon New York is one of two cable television providers in Auburn.
