The festival will blend science, history, and art with organizations from across the Fingerlakes and Central New York coming to provide hands-on learning at stations throughout the campus. The fair’s theme is Water Works, meaning exhibitors will feature demonstrations and information about the different ways water is used in our world.

Exhibitors include the Cayuga Museum of History & Art, Combgorwn Mead, Harriet Tubman National Historical Park, New Hope Mills, Owasco Watershed Lake Association, Port Byron Old Erie Canal Heritage Park, Schweinfurth Art Center, Skaneateles Historical Society, and Xylem. Activities include ice dyeing, making holiday cards with watercolors, and a pottery wheel demonstration.

The STEAM Fair will take place Saturday, October 11 from 10:00a-2:00p at the West End Arts Campus, the combined space of the Cayuga Museum and Schweinfurth Art Center at 203 and 205 Genesee St.
