As the weather turns and people look for indoor activities, Auburn Public Theater is launching a new Saturday market in downtown Auburn, with the market taking place on Saturday.

The markets will take place from 10:00a-1:00p at the “Stage Right” section of the theater at 8 Exchange Street. Markets will be held on the third Saturday of October, November, January, and February.

Theater staff told FLX Local Media that the goal of the markets is to provide a place for residents to support local artists and artisans during the winter months when outdoor markets are closed.

The theater is still seeking vendors and noted that there is no fee to participate. Vendors interested in having space at the markets are asked to email Dominic Gambaiani at [email protected].
