A land sale resolution that would see property at 197 State Street in the city of Auburn back on the tax rolls was tabled at last week’s City Council meeting. City Clerk Chuck Mason explains why the sale to Housing Visions Consultants was put on hold.
The city acquired the land through tax foreclosure in 2019.
