As the weather slowly begins to feel more like spring, the Auburn Downtown Business Improvement District has announced a series of upcoming events and programming, some returning and some new.

Acting BID Executive Director Jesse Kline told Finger Lakes News Radio that these events are about both beautifying the downtown area and building community.

“We’re really trying to get people jazzed up for spring because it’s been a very harsh winter, and we’re all ready for flowers and beautification projects and feeling community and getting out. Earth Day is coming up soon, so it gives us a chance to clean up our environment and make our community a better place.”
