Auburn residents will have a chance to safely dispose of unused or expired medication this weekend.
The Auburn Police Department will be at Wegmans on Saturday from 10:00a-2:00p to collect medication for safe disposal as part of National Prescription Drug Take Back Day.
Last year, the US DEA collected 599,897 pounds of unneeded medications across the nation.
