An Auburn man will serve four years in state prison for possessing cocaine with the intent to sell.

The Citizen reports prosecutors had sought a five-year sentence for 27-year-old Darin Frazier, but Cayuga County Judge Jon Budelmann handed down a four-year term, along with three years of post-release supervision.

Auburn Police say they found Frazier in August of 2024 with more than seven grams of crack cocaine in a plastic bag, and another bag containing about ten grams of what appeared to be molly on the floor of his car.
