Join us to hear the transformative journey of Richard Casper, a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran who found healing through art and music. After surviving four IED blasts in Iraq and coping with the loss of a close friend, Richard faced the challenges of a traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress. Through the power of creativity, he found a path to recovery and co-founded CreatiVets, a nonprofit organization that empowers fellow Veterans to heal through artistic expression.

Recognized as a CNN Hero and one of TIME Magazine’s Next Generation Leaders, Richard’s story has been featured in TIME’s documentary Evidence of Things Unseen, and his work has been acknowledged by President George W. Bush and The Bush Institute for his dedication to helping combat Veterans.
