Free ‘Strong Bones’ Program About Osteoporosis

CANANDAIGUA – Dr. Paul T. Rubery of UR Medicine Orthopaedics & Physical Performance will present “Strong Bones: Osteoporosis Update 2025” at the Sands Family YMCA on the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 14.
The public is invited to attend the free event, which will be held at 7 p.m. in the Community Room at the YMCA, 351 North St. in Canandaigua. A board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon with three decades of experience, Rubery will discuss how osteoporosis affects bones and will also talk about healthy lifestyle choices and medical treatments for healthy bones.
The event is presented by UR Medicine Thompson Health, in collaboration with the YMCA.
