[Auburn, NY] – Get ready for a night of electrifying music, laughter, and teenage dreams as Auburn High School presents “Rock of Ages High School Edition” on April 12th and 13th at 7 pm, and April 14th at 2 pm. This energetic musical will transport you back to the Sunset Strip’s glam rock heyday of the 80s, filled with iconic hits from Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, Poison, and more!

“Rock of Ages High School Edition” tells the story of Sherrie (Lily Nila), a wide-eyed girl fresh off the bus from Kansas, and Drew (Jack Hoadley), an aspiring rock star who cleans toilets at the legendary Bourbon Room on the Sunset Strip. Their paths collide, and sparks fly as they chase their dreams and navigate the electrifying world of rock and roll.

But the future of the Strip is threatened! Developer Hilda Klineman (Kenny DeForest) plans to demolish the Bourbon Room and other iconic venues, transforming the vibrant scene into a bland strip mall. Meanwhile, rock legend Stacee Jaxx (Jeremiah Horn) and his band Arsenal hit a rough patch, with Stacee’s ego clashing with the band’s desire for a more mature sound.

Amidst the rock anthems and dazzling costumes, a battle brews to save the Sunset Strip. Will Sherrie and Drew find love and achieve their dreams? Can the legendary Bourbon Room be saved? Will Arsenal reunite and keep rock and roll alive?

The ensemble cast includes Aiden Hodson, Carter DeRosa, Dom Currier, Olivia Shaw, Caden Schmitt, Eden Gadsby, Caleb Zmarthie, Irelynn Vollmer, Daniel Kato, Nick Indelicato, Mariela Hernandez, Madeline Wolfgang, Alivia Aubin, Nazz White, Miley Curtis, Isabella Costanzo, Kayla Carter, Riley McMillan, Layla Sampson, Jacob Rumpf, Justice Loperfido, Jillian Gutelius, Teagan Stroman, Maddison Frankfurter, Maria Russell, Kerrigan Bauso, Kate Fennessy, Jupiter Janas, Madeline Lovell, and Janaya Thomas.
