Local award-winning artist Steve Duprey will be leading a 3-day plein air workshop at Red Tail Ridge Winery on June 24-26 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm each day. Registration is at www.redtailridgewinery.com Go to the “Shop” tab and then to “Ticketed Experiences.”
This workshop is designed for beginning and intermediate plein air painters. Instruction will be given in composition, paint mixing, brush work and general plein air painting concepts. You must supply your own equipment (i.e. easel, paints canvas or board, brushes, medium). A complete list of supplies will be provided when you register. We’ll begin at 10:00 am, take a lunch break around 12:30 and end each day by 4:00. Lunch and a glass of wine provided by Red Tail Ridge Winery each day. This workshop is no-pressure learning. I intend to have fun while creating. I hope you will too!
